Family Fun Weekend

Bring the whole family for an amazing weekend packed with live music, tasty food, and loads of family-friendly fun!
All proceeds go to Bay Trust Radio – your local hospital radio for Morecambe Bay and Flyde Coast.

Abbot Hall Family Activities – Every Thursday from 18 July
“Land Art Thursdays” (11 am–3 pm) plus creative sketching and hands-on texture art carts inside the gallery.
Free drop-in. Recommended for ages 5–12.

Kendal Museum – Open Thurs–Sat
Small but fascinating museum with interactive displays on wildlife and archaeology. Great for curious kids.

Kendal Walking Festival (Aug Bank Holiday) – Several family-friendly walks available, with beginner routes and nature discovery.
