At Bay Trust Radio, our entire team is made up of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about making a difference in our community—and we’re always on the lookout for enthusiastic, reliable people to get involved. Whether you dream of presenting your own radio show, enjoy chatting with patients and collecting song requests, have a knack for technical work behind the scenes, or simply want to lend a hand at our fundraising events, there’s a place for you here.

No previous experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a desire to contribute to a team that brings companionship, entertainment, and information to listeners across the region.

All volunteers must be aged 16 or over.
